1/2 oz. Clement Creole Shrubb
1/4 oz. Captain Morgan 100 Rum
2 dashes Fee Bros. Peach bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
8-10 mint leaves1 Demerara Sugar Cube
Put mint in glass with the sugar and muddle gently. Fill halfway with crushed ice, add the rums. Don’t stir. Fill rest of the way with crushed ice. Finally, add the bitters. |

1 half shot of Tuaca (Tuaca is an Italian Liquor carried by most grocery stores)
1 cup boiling water
1 packet powdered apple cider
Whipped Cream (the fake kind is best)
Nutmeg or Cinnamon
Boil water and pour in mug. Mix in powdered apple cider. Add the half-shot of Tuaca, put a dollop of Whipped Cream on top, and then add a dash of Nutmeg or Cinnamon. |

Lime Peel
Combine all ingredients but the lime peel in a blender with one cup ice, blend for 15 to 20 minutes until smooth and pour into a chilled old fashioned glass. Garnish with the lime peel. |

1 cup Boiling Water
1 Tea Bag
Coat the bottom of a mug with the honey. Add brandy and juice of lemon quarter. On the side, boil water and add tea bag to make hot tea. Pour steaming tea into honey/brandy/lemon combination. |
