Fetish…..
Fetish also known as Sexual fetishism, or erotic fetishism….
One of the definitions in the dictionary for fetish is “an object or bodily part whose real or fantasied presence is psychologically necessary for sexual gratification and that is an object of fixation to the extent that it may interfere with complete sexual expression”.
I don’t agree with that definition totally. For some it might be true, but I don’t think for everybody. There are different fetishes out there and not all people need them for “sexual gratification”. Some people do…..
People have so many different fetishes such as shoe fetishes, leather fetishes, purse fetishes, clothing fetishes, rubber fetishes and the list goes on…
So why am I on the topic of fetishes….Well, a week ago I attended the 2008 Fetish Fair. I had never attended such an event before so it was pretty fascinating to see everybody dressed up in their leather outfits and pretty much naked…People came out all done up in leather or just leather tape covering strategic body parts. Some people even chose to go butt naked.
The fetish that I saw the most was leather and rubber. That won by popular demand. People had the day to show off what they love and bring out all their toys. It was interesting too see all the different things that people were into. Stuff I never really considered. I think the experience of attending the event showed me a whole new world I had known very little about. I’m sure at one point everything I saw and learned that day will come in handy for one of my books.
By the way one of the most common fetish is a foot fetish….i always thought it was leather…..
I think if they do this event next year I would love to attend and see what they have in store.

I’m so glad you were able to come to the Fetish Fair with me. It certainly was an eye opening experience. From the moment we set foot on Church Street until they closed down the fair, it was one mind-boggling visual adventure after another wasn’t it? I noticed you didn’t post any pics of the puppy show. There were lots of guys there with their human ‘canines’. That was a whole new thing for me.
What will we plan to do next? LOL

I don’t think, no, make that I don’t believe I have a fetish….hhhhmmm….if it comes to me though, I’ll let you know. Maybe! LOL!
I’ve heard about this and have seen quite a bit about it on certain TV shows…and movies. Unfortunately, I learned also firsthand about this stuff when I was a young girl…my dad and his reading style. What he did to me was a sickness….I get that….but some small part of me blames the reading materials too that he used to read…so I don’t enjoy reading about these things in any books. In other words, it doesn’t appeal to me in any way…I know this stuff didn’t make my father do the things he did to me…but it did further ‘arouse’ his sickness. I can laugh, tease, and be amused with a lot of things involving sex and sexuality…but this is the one road I cannot, will not walk down…I understand it to a degree…it’s just not and never will be for me.
Sorry if I’m a downer about this but it is my way…to say what I feel….
I know I can say all of this because it’s you, Sweetie, and you know me…so I do hope you understand.

I’ve actually been planning on writing a horror/crime novel about a serial killer hunting people according to sexual fetishes. Regardless, my two biggest turn ons are feet. I mean the real deal, footjobs, toe sucking, ect. And wire suspension. Nothing quite like seeing someone stick hooks through their flesh and hanging from the ceiling while they’re doing foreplay.
If you’re looking for another fun scene I went on an “underground” tour in the French Quarter of New Orleans. I saw things I never thought imaginable. There were people wearing latex cow costumes with six men on the teets getting buttfucked, women cutting men with razors and drinking their blood, a man wearing a gimp mask shat in another dude’s mouth. And that’s just scaring the surface. It was beyond my threshold and I’m pretty open minded.
